Most
people do not even realize just how powerful of a workout
you can get using a simple plastic ring. I like to think
of it as my secret ab weapon. It has proven to be a
much better ab workout than anything else that I have
tried. I just did not enjoy doing crunches and sit-ups.
In fact I do not know anyone that does. They do call
it a workout because it can be hard work but using the
hula hoop is more fun than work! In fact it is so much
fun that the time really flies and the next thing you
know twenty or thirty minutes have gone by and you have
really worked out those abs.
How does something as simple
as a hula hoop work your abs? It targets that problem
area. The middle. That spare tire. The belly fat! By
moving your midsection in circles it directly works
on all of your muscles in your hips, abs, waist and
even your butt! You can burn around 400 - 600 calories
in an hour! You will burn belly fat and tone your abs
and the best part is you will not even no that your
doing it. It is that easy!
