If you
are like me then sometimes the idea of exercising is
just not that great. It can be hard work and it can
get boring over time. I have found that if I can keep
things fresh and mix it up a bit then I do not mind
exercising. Once you lose your motivation it can be
difficult to even get off the couch and that can be
trouble. There are quite a few things that I like to
do to keep things fun and interesting and one of those
is using a hula hoop.
Now I know what you may be thinking.
Using a hoop is hard. I never could get them to work
when I was a kid but today it is a different story.
In order to take advantage of the benefits of using
a hula, you are going to need a weighted hula hoop.
They really make hooping so much easier.
Once you get your weighted hula
hoop, make sure that you have plenty of space to use
it. They can be quite large and you don't need to knock
anything off the shelves once you get started hooping.
